Are You Open To Guests Making Requests?
Yes of Course! We encourage requests, where / if appropriate, as long as they fit within the setting / style of music you wish played or don’t conflict with your do not playlist. Now, if you don’t wish to have any one make requests, we will politely decline the request.
Are You Insured?
Yes, Toussaint Productions carries business liability insurance of $5 Million dollars.
Can I / We Customize Our Own Playlist?
Absolutely, Toussaint Productions provides you with various tools to customize your playlist utilizing our app/website VIBODJ. Have a playlist already created in Spotify or Apple Music? Great! Just simply open up our app click on the corresponding button (Spotify or Apple Music) and click on your playlist that you want to add.
Will You Help MC or Do Introductions?
Absolutely, we prepare as if we are the master of ceremonies unless told otherwise. If an MC is provided we work hand in hand to ensure the event moves as planned. For weddings, expect us not to talk over your favorite song requests or make us the center of attention. We will however get the party started and get people extremely excited. We enjoy interacting when requested and will use our experience to involve everyone as we love to move and have fun too!
Can You Help Keep The Event Running On Time?
Yes, Toussaint Productions prides its self on ensuring your event is run smoothly. Whether you have a wedding planner, day of coordinator, or no coordinator, we make sure your event runs according to your schedule. We utilize our planning app ViboDJ to always have the right information and timeline. We review final details a few weeks before wedding day or event day. We don’t like awkward silences either, expect smooth transitions throughout your event. We want your evening to be hassle free, free of being constantly asked what’s next.
Do You Charge For Set-up Time Or Breakdown?
No.
Can You Edit A Song Or Make A Custom Mix?
Yes, The majority of Toussaint Productions have a music production background and utilize software to not only create custom mixes and modified songs, but even mash-ups (ear candy) you might even hear during your event.
Do You Charge A Travel Fee?
Yes, this is the only fee we ever charge and is typically for weddings or events 2 hours away from the DJ or more. If the event ends late we just want to be safe,
Can I Make Changes To A Contract After It Is Signed?
Yes, if you are still deciding between adding hours or choosing one our specialty add-ons and event / wedding enhancements, you can still lock in the date and make changes later. Many times people add items like ceremony, additional time, or increase their package level. We are extremely flexible in providing the right experience that fits you.
Are your mixes pre-recorded or do you mix live?
We mix live! We have too much talent and people pay way too much money for us to simply hit play. Everything you see or hear is done on the spot, which also allows us to add creativity to our transitions or add requests on the spot where appropriate.
What size Prints do your photo booths print?
When requesting our print option, our typical photo booth print size is 4x6. The template normally provides space for 3 photos and can be framed. This is different than your standard strips. 2x6 Standard strips are possible but most people prefer the larger copy so it doesn’t get thrown away.
Do we receive copies of all of our photos from the photobooth?
Yes! You will receive a digital copy of all photos and videos even if prints are not selected. These files are sent in a .zip format to your email and available on our photo website via a personal link.
